Deliverable D3.1 is the first report of WP3. It provides the network requirements in terms of network KPIs, which are derived from the service KPIs of the use cases presented in D2.1. It then provides an analysis of the cross-border corridor and identifies the technological challenges to deploy a network that can satisfy the requirements of the use cases in cross-border scenarios. Finally, it presents and analyses the existing solutions to overcome the technological challenges.
